Parameters

Input
images array required

One to four input images, each a public URL or base64-encoded image data (a `data:` URI prefix is accepted). Refer to them in the instruction as "image 1", "image 2", and so on. Pass a public URL; to use a local file, upload it (free) via POST /v1/media (≤40MB) and pass the returned url.

aspect_ratio string optional

Output aspect ratio. Defaults to the aspect ratio of the first input image.

instruction string optional

Edit instruction in natural language. Provide this or `structured_instruction`.

ip_signal boolean optional

When true, the result carries a `warning` if the text input may reference IP-protected content. Default false.

mask string optional

Black-and-white mask the same size as the input image, a public URL or base64-encoded image data (a `data:` URI prefix is accepted). White areas are edited and black areas are kept. Only allowed with a single input image. Pass a public URL; to use a local file, upload it (free) via POST /v1/media (≤40MB) and pass the returned url.

output_type string optional

Output image format. Default png.

prompt_content_moderation boolean optional

Reject the request if the instruction fails content moderation. Default true.

seed integer optional

Seed for reproducible results.

structured_instruction string optional

Structured (VGL) edit instruction as a JSON string, as returned by a previous result. Provide this or `instruction`.

visual_input_content_moderation boolean optional

Reject the request if an input image or the mask fails content moderation. Default true.

visual_output_content_moderation boolean optional

Fail the request if the edited image fails content moderation. Default true.
