The first response is 402 with the exact price and every rail you can pay with. Pay, repeat the request with the proof, and you get the result.

curl -X POST https://api.glianalabs.com/v1/tools/phone-verify \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
  -d '{"phone":"+6281390000719"}'

When to use it

Use when an agent validates a number before an SMS, scores a signup, or normalises user input to E.164. Inputs: phone (required — E.164 like +6281390000719, or a national number together with country), country (optional ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, needed only for national format). Returns valid, possible, e164, national, international, country, country_calling_code, type (MOBILE, FIXED_LINE, VOIP, TOLL_FREE and so on), is_mobile, and for Indonesian numbers carrier_allocated, the operator the range was issued to. It does NOT confirm a SIM exists or is switched on: that needs an HLR query, and live_checked is always false.

What it costs

$0.0010 per successful call — flat, with no plan, minimum or monthly fee. A call that fails validation is refused before it runs, so it is never charged.
