Call it

The first response is 402 with the exact price and every way to pay. Pay, repeat the request with the proof, and you get the result.

curl -X POST https://api.glianalabs.com/v1/tools/stock-fundamentals \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
  -d '{"ticker":"AAPL"}'

How it works

Every answer is parsed from the filings themselves (XBRL facts, Form 4, Form 144, 13F, 13D/G, 8-K) rather than a screen-scraped summary, with links back to the source documents. filing-digest has a model read one filing and answer a question, with each quoted passage matched verbatim against the filing.

Limits worth knowing

US public companies only, and only what they filed. This is filing data, not live quotes, and nothing here is investment advice.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

SEC EDGAR, the public filings database. Each result links to the filing it came from.

Does it include stock prices?

No. It covers what companies and insiders reported to the SEC, not market quotes.

How far back does search go?

Full-text search covers every filing since 2001.

Is there a free tier?

No. Every call is paid individually, with no plan or minimum. A request that fails validation is refused before it runs, so it is never charged.

Do I need an account or an API key?

No. The first response is HTTP 402 with the exact price; pay it with USDC from your own wallet and repeat the request. To prepay instead, top up a balance in rupiah and send a gk_ key.
